We are on Via Castelboccione, in the hills just outside Urbino. The property has two self-contained apartments, Casa Castelboccione and Casa Ginesta, with the garden and olive trees around them. You park in front of the house, and the town centre is a 13-minute drive.
Hello, I'm Simona. I'm a mother of two, I love cooking and being outdoors, and your four-legged friends are welcome at my holiday homes. I enjoy hosting and meeting new people.
I do everything I can to make every stay comfortable and carefree. I'm available for anything you need before and during your stay, from directions to get here to tips on the area, where to eat and what to see. I look forward to welcoming you to the hills of Urbino.

Casa veramente bella e immersa nello splendido paesaggio collinare. Pulizia e proprietaria impeccabile. Ottimi i fichi raccolti e mangiati direttamente dalla pianta in cortile. Parcheggio sicuro e nel cortile privato davanti alla porta di casa. A pochi minuti da Urbino città.A truly beautiful house set in the splendid hilly landscape. Cleanliness and owner impeccable. Very nice place, ideal to visit Urbino on a road trip, as there is a spot to park a car. Gorgeous view on the hills.Die grosszügigen Räumlichkeiten, die liebevolle Einrichtung, wunderare Lage im Grünen! Wir waren sehr wohl da! Süss sind auch die freilaufenden Hasen im Garten :-)The generous spaces, the lovingly chosen furnishings, the wonderful location in the green! We felt very much at home! The hares running free in the garden are sweet too :-)

Casa Castelboccione is 149 m², has three double bedrooms and sleeps up to 6; Casa Ginesta has two bedrooms and sleeps up to 4. They are self-contained and can also be booked together, for up to 10 guests.
Check-in from 3:00 pm; please let us know your arrival time in advance. Check-out by 10:00 am. Arrival and departure are self-service.
You can stay for just one night.
